My journey to skinny

Hello. I'm Michelle.
I'm 20 years old. I'm currently attending college and majoring in English Literature and Writing. I want to go into publishing.

I'm creating this blog as a way to keep track of my current weight loss program. It's also a place to talk about what I'm going through and to blog things that will help me stay on track.

Let me briefly explain my situation. I've been overweight since I hit puberty. I had no idea why I was gaining so much weight so fast when I was eating healthy and in small portions. Anyway, in eighth grade, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I started a treatment for the condition, but nothing seemed to work. Four years later, the summer before my senior year, I was suffering from severe back pain that radiated down my leg. I was then diagnosed with DDD, 3 herniated discs, spinal steno-sis, and scoliosis. Now, two years after that, I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I've also found that I'm allergic to many foods such as garlic, dairy, gluten, wheat, and many processed foods.

Now, I'm on a diet plan to help lose the weight that I have gained over the year and also to start a healthy life style.
